In JCS, why does a deferred disposition case display in both the Criminal History and Deferred Disposition/Adjudication section of the Referral History screens/reports?
If any of the charge results for the SCOMIS case are Guilty, the case will display in both sections. Once conditions have been satisfied and the charge results are changed to Dismissed, the case will only display in the Deferred Disposition/Adjudication section.
