How do I request a rerun of a JIS/SCOMIS data download?
If your court has an established schedule for a JIS/SCOMIS data download that is used in a local system such as CRIMS or TRAK-IT, you can request a rerun of a previous day's data.
However, before the AOC reruns a download, you must run/print your download for the current business day. Otherwise, the rerun will overwrite the file in your print domain.
Use eService Center and select Topic: Case Management to submit a request to the AOC Customer Services.
In the "Enter your question or detailed request" text box, enter the following information (fill in your information where the "Xs" and "mm/dd/yyyy" appear in the sample format below):
Your Court ID: XXX
Rerun Download for data entered into JIS/SCOMIS on mm/dd/yyyy and in court's print domain business day mm/dd/yyyy.
Route to print domain XXXX.
You will receive an automated reply confirming your request has been received by AOC Customer Services, containing a link to your "My Stuff" tab to view the status of your request (or Incident). Another e-mail reply will be sent when the download rerun is complete and in your print domain. Click the link in the e-mail to view the status of your request or to update your request in "My Stuff."
