What am I supposed to do with the Court Local Revenue Report?

Courts can use the Court Local Revenue Report to derive a local revenue collectible amount from current receivables and report that amount in annual financial reports to the county or city.

Courts can apply the three-year average local collection percentage that appears on the report to the local revenue share of their start-of-year accounts receivable balance. This determines the amount of local revenue likely to be collected from current receivables.  Courts can include this local revenue collectible amount in annual financial reports to the county or city.

The documentation for the Court Local Revenue Report in the JIS Online Manual provides a worksheet to help courts calculate their local revenue collectible amount from the information on the Court Local Revenue Report.
