Why did I receive this continuing education progress report now when I have three years to comply with General Rule (GR) 26?

Under GR 26, the Mandatory Continuing Judicial Education Standards state in Section 5(1) that the Judicial Education Unit of the Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) will provide a progress report by January 1 of each year to every judicial officer, listing the programs attended during the previous calendar year.
