What does a limited jurisdiction court need to do to complete the annual registration required by ARLJ 12?
Effective September 1, 2002, ARLJ 12 requires all courts of limited jurisdiction to register with the Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts. The official registration must be updated annually on or before July 1 and also within 30 days from the date of any changes in the information previously submitted. Complete a copy of the attached reporting form, which includes:
- Court Name
- Address
- Telephone Number
- Name of Judicial Officer(s)
- Name of Court Clerk or Administrator
- Days of the week and hours the court is open to the public for business
