How do I seal/purge an Assessments.com risk assessment, pursuant to a court order?

  1. From the Assessments.com home page, select the specific juvenile by clicking the alphabet letter corresponding to the first letter of the juvenile's last name.
  2. In the Status area for the list of names, click Delete for the desired name.
