How do I track an emancipation case in JIS?

Add a Referral using Referral Type AN (Administrative Procedures - Non Offender) and use Referral Reason code 01890 (Petition - Emancipation).

Emancipation is filed as a Case Type 2, which is not filed in JIS and therefore cannot be linked to a Referral.
