How are exhibits handled in a civil proceeding?

Judges can review the appropriate case type or court level Benchbook  located in the Judge's Resources section of the Inside Courts Web site.  Use the search box on the right side of the page to search on the word exhibit.  Each section of the selected benchbook that contains the word exhibit will appear.
