Is the Court Security Incident reporting form online?
Yes. The Court Resources/Court Management/Court Security page of the Inside Courts Web site contains a link to the Court Security Incident Report Form. Use this form to report "ANY form of threat or threatening actions that occur" [in your court] to the Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC). This Web page provides additional information on the types of incidents to report. You may also download the form in Word format and email it to the address provided as an email attachment.
