When should First Dependency Review Hearing Order (FDPRHO) and Order on Interim Review Hearing (ORIRH) docket codes be used?
First Dependency Review Hearing Order (FDPRHO) replaced the Early Dependency Review Hearing Order (EDRHO) docket code effective January 2, 2009. FDRPRHO should be used if it is the FIRST dependency review hearing order. If the hearing is held before six months has passed since the last hearing, then Order on Interim Review Hearing (ORIRH) is used.
