How can I get a list of my court's authorized BIT users?

Your court's user list can be found by following these steps in BIT:

1. From the BI Launch Pad, click the Folders Tile.
   
   
   
   
2. Navigate to the Public Folders.
   
   
   
   
3. Click the Ellipsis button for any report or right click anywhere on the line.
4. From the menu options, hover over Sent To.
5. Select BIT Inbox.
6. In the Search field, type your Court ID, then press Enter on your keyboard.
   
   
   
   

• A list of available users is displayed.
• Take note that the search sometimes will return additional results if the Court ID appears in an unrelated User ID.
• To add additional users, contact your Site Coordinator.
