When is a Foster Care Guardianship case resolved and completed?
The GFC case is resolved when a decision is made on the Petition for Order Approving Title 13 RCW Guardian.
S7 Dependency Resolution Codes:
- APP - Approved Petition
- CHV - Change of Venue/Jurisdiction
- CONS - Consolidated Case
- DSM - Dismissal
- STCL - Statistical Completion (Not counted in caseload statistics.)
- TRJU - Transfer of Jurisdiction
- UNDS - Uncontested Resolution (EFF. 10/21/97)
The GFC case is completed upon entry of the Order on Petition for Order Appointing Title 13 RCW Guardian. This order:
| a. | Approves the petition; or, |
| b. | Denies the petition, which ends the Title 13 RCW Guardianship case, and the Dependency case continues. |

- JODF - Judgment / Order / Decree Filed
- STCL - Statistical Completion (Not counted in caseload statistics.)
- UNCL - Uncontested Completion
