Where is the Process Control Number (PCN) entered in Odyssey so that it is properly transmitted to Washington State Patrol?

The Process Control Number (PCN) is entered as a Case Cross Reference Number on the Detail Tab.


1. Click on + button.

2. Enter the PCN and select Process Control Number from the Type drop down menu.

3. Click Continue.

The PCN will now be listed under Case Cross Reference Numbers on the Detail Tab.
