1) Search For A Knowledge Base Article by entering keywords in "How can we help you today" search field.
2) To go directly to all Knowledge Base Articles, click Solutions.
3) If you cannot find an answer to your question and you are an authorized user/caller with access to submit eService Support Tickets, you may log in to the customer portal by clicking on the login in button "login" link.
4) At the login screen enter your work email address and your password created for the eService Center access (This password is NOT synced to your RACF ID).
5) To submit a support ticket, click on the "New Support Ticket" link or icon.
6) You can check the status of your current Support Tickets by clicking on the "Check Ticket Status" link or icon.
7) Current Tickets will display; if no Tickets display, please use the dropdown menu as show below:
